Q: I filed for divorce and have placed a temporary protection order against my husband because of his violent temper and alcohol abuse. I feel threatened and believe he is stalking me. What can Hawk Private Investigations do to help?

Q: What should I do when I suspect a computer may contain evidence pertinent to a crime, divorce, or other legal matter?
A: Immediately turn the computer off, and contact Hawk Private Investigations as soon as possible. Every single thing you do on a computer leaves a trace, but more importantly, you can accidentally overwrite files that might be very valuable. We will make arrangements to get the computer into the hands of our trained computer forensics experts. We can often provide you with a cloned copy within 24 hours, thus limiting down time and/or securing evidence without the knowledge of the suspect.
