Q: What can I do to assist with an investigation?
A:  Keep us updated on changing events or any information pertinent to the investigation. Many times, specifically in domestic cases, if a client becomes too involved and initiates their own investigation, they are only doing damage which may result in compromising the investigation. Being confrontational, accusatory, or being caught “following up” on what you believe is suspicious will not change what is happening. It only serves to educate the other party that they have been careless and that you are suspicious. The “mistakes” that you made them aware of will only make them more cautious. Leave the investigating to the professionals you hired.

Q: What are the appropriate steps to take if we suspect executive offices may be being illegally monitored by bus or phone taps? 
A: CONTACT US from a secure phone away from the location you suspect is being illegally monitored. If you suspect that you are the target of the monitoring be aware that your vehicle may not be a secure location to initiate the contact with us. Do not discuss the concerns with anyone other than trusted associates, specifically anyone in the IT department of the company.

If you suspect that your home or office has been compromised, contact us immediately from a secure location. Do not use your phone or computer and do not discuss your concerns in your office, home, or vehicle.
