SURVEILLANCE

Surveillance is often the best way to determine what is happening in a situation. A discreet, professional investigator can provide unbiased, court-admissible evidence of what is occuring, including photos, video, written reports, and witness interviews. Each year, The Hawkins Firm conducts in excess of 10,000 man hours of surveillance operations. Since 1988 we have successfully completed over 3000 surveillance assignments around the country and abroad.

Q: How is surveillance conducted without being detected?
A:  The Hawkins Firm has specialized in surveillance for over twenty years. While a stationary surveillance can be conducted utilizing one person, anytime there is a possibility of mobile surveillance, we use a minimum of 2 investigators and vehicles. At times, depending on the difficulty of the assignment, we may have a many as 6 team members working together. All surveillance vehicles are equipped with digital 2-way communication capabilities, state of the art video and photograph equipment and navigation systems. When appropriate and legal, GPS tracking systems are used.

Q: Does proof of adultery really help me in court?
A: While proof of adultery may not be the “win all” that some people think, when used appropriately as leverage, the evidence obtained in an investigation can be very useful in reaching a settlement.
