She is involved in every function – from initial client conversations to evidence preparation, final report completions and handling payments. She is proficient in all of the office systems, applications and databases and supports the CEO, Director of Operations and Director of Research administratively.

Shannon’s past experience is in video production and after starting out with Hawk PI as a video editor, her role in the company has continued to evolve over the years with her work in the office and with the field investigators.
